Since we began advertising with FlyOnTheWall almost three years ago, tenant prospects with rental inquiries have been much more informed.  This allows me to make the most of my business day by not having to answer repetitive and unnecessary questions from incoming callers.  FlyOnTheWall is also very efficient in posting, managing, and deleting ads in a timely manner.

Digital Photography Services

Allow tenant prospects to visualize the value of your property!  Have a FlyOnTheWall digital photographer meet you at your rental property to capture up to 10 digital images to include within your internet advertising.  These images can also be emailed to you for your future use.

FlyOnTheWall online advertising and digital photo services have consequently allowed my company to discontinue expensive newspaper advertising all together.  In working with FlyOnTheWall for almost two years now, it has been on very rare occasion that we have seen a rental property sit vacant.  The internet marketing services FlyOnTheWall offers are, both, effective and cost efficient.

$50.00 + 5% GST per property.  Rate includes up to 10 digital images and requested digital editing enhancement.

Credit Check Services

Receive credit reporting services for a fraction of the price! In collaboration with Rent Check Credit Bureau, FlyOnTheWall is able to offer discounted rates on credit check services. Please contact us today or apply online. 

If applying online directly, you must reference “Fly On The Wall” as your “Membership of an Association Group or Business Group” within your application in order to receive the below discounted rates. When the below option appears, please enter the information according to the screen shot image below.

Discounted Pricing is as Follows:

$15.95 per individual credit union (Equifax or TransUnion) report.

$21.95 per individual 2 in 1 credit reporting; accessing credit history from both major Canadian credit bureaus.

$23.95 per spousal credit union (Equifax or TransUnion) report.

$39.95 per spousal 2 in 1 credit reporting; accessing credit history from both major Canadian credit bureaus.

Rates do not include 5% GST.
