Advise owner of progress and tenant prospects

In consultation with the owner, process applications, credit check ratings, and references from tenant prospects

Preparing tenancy agreement according to RTA standards, including a detailed addendum with additional terms as requested by the owner

Complete property inventory and condition inspection reports, inclusive of dated digital images, upon move-in

If applicable, prepare form K for strata submission and provide new tenant with strata by-laws

Collect post-dated cheques or arrange for direct deposit into owners banking account

Make arrangements for move-in with building manager/care taker or owner

Assist new tenant with connecting utilities

Depending on tenant move-out date, complete property move-out inventory and condition inspection reports, inclusive of dated digital images, of property upon move-out if required.

Unfurnished Rate:

50% of one (1) month’s rent based on a one (1) year lease term. Plus 5% GST
