Digital Relocation Services

Q: How thorough is each digital viewing?

A: We are sure to provide a thorough digital viewing

service. We are careful to capture a sense of space by providing a digital video walk through of the property and surrounding area. We also provide accurate floor plan measurements and detailed imagery of fixtures and appliances.  We want to ensure that our clients are entirely satisfied with their new home when they arrive.

Q: How do I secure a tenancy from a distance?

A: A FlyOnTheWall representative will work with you and your new landlord to help provide application information, security deposits, and assist in organizing lease terms if required.

Q: Is there a fee required in advance?

A: A $250.00 CDN + 5% GST retainer fee is required in advance with the remainder due upon the successful securement of a lease agreement.

Specific Search Services

Q: Is the service fee for Specific Search Services required before or after a rental property is          secured?

A: Due to consulting and research time spent throughout the search, the service fee is required before a FlyOnTheWall research assistant will begin the search. Leave the search to us and feel free to get back to your own productive everyday life.

Q: How many listings will you send me that match my requirements?

A: There is no certainty on the number of listings that a FlyOnTheWall representative will send you before you secure your ideal rental property. Rest assured that you will be receiving listings and consultation on the best properties available according to your requirements throughout the course of the search.

Q: How long will you continue to search for our ideal rental property?

A: There will be a contract end that will be set; however, we will continue to search for your ideal property for as long as is required if we feel that you are fulfilling your responsibilities as the client. This means attending viewing appointments with owners/managers when scheduled, completing applications in a timely manner, etc. Please know that we will not take on a client if we do not feel that we can help them find their ideal property.  We encourage you to contact us to receive a free consultation regarding your requirements
